Forms & Handbook

Directions to register for marching band:

1. READ the entire Marching Band Packet.

2. Review the Calendar here.

3. Read the Band Handbook. 

4. Pay your deposit to reserve your spot (OR reach out to Mr. Miller - Jrmiller@lexrich5.org or Dfbbtreas@gmail.com if you need to discuss).

5. Sign forms in the Marching Band Packet.

6. Sign ​Medical Forms (IF student takes medications).

7. Register for CutTime here.

8. Sign up for a BAND App account here.

9. Turn all Signed Forms into Mr. Miller.  You can drop hard copies by the school/band room, scan, or bring with you to band camp
