All Parents should join the following group:
Parents can also join Service Committee Groups (Please Join one (or more) and help serve the program. No experience required! If you join these groups, the group admin will reach out to you and let you know when we have things to do!

Students should join any of the following groups that are associated with groups you are involved with.
Parents can monitor their students phones, but please do not join a group you are not involved with.

To help everyone stay connected and ensure student safety, please follow these guidelines when setting up your profile:
📸 Profile Photo:
Use a clear photo of your face that accurately represents you so others can easily recognize you.
Please avoid: Duck faces, heavy filters, bathroom mirror selfies, or photos that don't clearly show your face.
📝 Display Name:
Please list your first and last name
If you go by a different name, you may include it in quotes.
Example for a parent: Joseph "Joe" Miller – Samantha Miller’s Dad
Example for a student: Samantha "Sam" Miller – Flute, Uniform Lieutenant
👨👩👧 Parent Profiles:
Be sure to include your student’s full name in your bio so we can verify who belongs in the group.
For the safety of our students, any profile that does not clearly identify the person and their connection to a student may be removed.
💬 Chat Policy:
All chats and messages in the Band app are subject to monitoring to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all.
